Return & Replacement Policy

At WSCS India, every product is manufactured with care, quality checks, and secure packaging. Since most of our products are made to order and customized, we generally do not accept returns.

However, to ensure trust and smooth business operations, returns or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

Acceptable Reasons for Return

We will gladly review a return or replacement request only if:

• Wrong product were delivered compared to the confirmed purchase order.
• A return clause was mutually agreed upon in a signed contract before order confirmation.

Important Notes

• Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with photographic or video proof.
• If only partial products are slightly damaged, replacement will be provided for only those specific units not for the full order.
• Returns are not accepted for:
  • Custom printed/branding orders
  • Minor variations in color, size, or finish (as they may occur due to manufacturing tolerances)
  • Change of mind after delivery
